Turnkey Acrylic Flooring
The area where acrylic floor covering will be applied must be at least %5-7 sloped or herringbone and the screed must be leveled with a helicopter.
The area should be cleared of dust and dirt.
The application area must be dry and the air temperature must be minimum 15 and maximum 38 degrees.
Suitable ground for application;
Epoxy primer is applied to the field using a roller. While applying the primer, silicone primer is sprinkled on the applied area to add texture to the floor.
Epoxy primer is preferred due to its intense adhesion and completely covering the floor. It prevents future crusting and blistering.
RESURFACER is applied on the dried epoxy to slope it 1 or 1 mm depending on the ground condition or to fill the pores of 1-1.5 mm.
After the applied RESURFACER dries, 2 layers of liquefied rubber CUSHION are applied to the field to add flexibility.
After CUSHION dries, Acrylic Layer is applied in 2 layers according to color selection.
After all the applications have dried, the field lines are drawn regularly with line paint and the field ground application is completed.
